My number 1 wish is Jimmy G but I'm wondering if Joe Philbin will push to get Landry here. Either one of those players would be a great start for the new GM to appease the fan base and keep Rodgers happy. Joe may also push for Vontae Davis since he spent some time with the Colts.

    1. TE - Jimmy Graham
    2. Veteran proven CB - Prince Amakumura or Jonathon Joseph or DeAngelo Hall or Malcolm Butler
    3. Fast WR - Allen Robinson

With this we could go heavy Defense early in the draft and interior oline middle draft.

If Sammy Watkins isn't tagged the pack should bring him in. A 24 year old TD machine is a Rodgers dream.

To me, we just signed Adams to WR1 money. So I would probably steer clear of that top tier wr like Watkins, landry or Robinson. Probsbly all are going to get similar paydays to Adams. I would consider a guy in that next tier, like Jordan Matthews or marquis lee if the price is right. And I have no clue what heís going to get, but a true burner like John Brown would be intriguing on a cheapish deal.

im not sure marquis lee or allen robinson are on all that different pay days. jordan matthews is garbage imo. if we go for a FA wr he better be a real deep threat. My understanding is we could release both Cobb and Jordy which would in turn give you money to look towards someone huge opposite Adams. Its likely we retain Nelson and Cobb and then wr isnt even relevant but if they do, i hope it means you are going big on someone.

If we go big on FA then i hope it's on the defensive side of the ball. More specifically CB or pass rusher and possibly MLBer. Gotta see the FA list first tho.

I feel like we've had a good track record at finding legit WR's in the draft. If we do go offense in FA then i hope it's a TE.

Brice Butler wants out of Dallas. A 6'3 target that averages 16ypc might be a steal.

I agree. If we actually go after a receiver it wonít be/shouldnít be another guy getting paid as much as Adams.

Iím not even thinking about defensive additions yet, because I still think we have a lot of unknown talent on our current roster.

I wouldnít be upset if we made a value signing or three, though.

I think even with unknowns on the roster, itís fairly safe to say we need at least 1 more starter level corner and a pass rush specialist.

Roster casualties are still going to happen, so thereís a lot of shaping up to happen yet, but the corner market is looking much stronger than pass rusher, so if I could only sign 1 outside guy this offseason, it would probably be one of the top corners.

But the rest of it I agree on. I think we have a bunch of decent starters, just need a few more high level guys. We probably donít need to sign like 5 new defensive players, but signing a corner and hitting on a pass rusher in the 1st round would be huge first steps.

Some FAs I wouldn't mind at least looking into: DT Poe for rotational guy although doubtful as he sees himself as more than that; Ngata on cheap deal; TE Jimmy Graham, Eifert (if cheap); CB Prince Amakumara; WR: Terelle Pryor - I think AR would make big difference for him but might be able to get big target cheap; CB: Vontae Davis, Malcolm Butler; S: Kenny Vaccaro if Burnett leaves.

Ngata and Poe are nice but we have just expended major draft choices on Kenny Clark and Montavious Adams. While still sitting on Lowry and Daniels. I feel as though this has been the best part of our defense and Daniels so far is the only guy with true experience.

I donít think Rodgers would use Pryor enough to justify signing him. If itís a one year, super cheap deal maybe. But Rodgers likes guys he can trust and Pryor doesnít seem to have the precision and attention to detail that Rodgers requires. Heíd probably take a few shots a game to him, but Pryor is more of an athletic wonder than a good all around wr. I think heíd be primarily a deep ball specialist, and he might be somewhat expensive for that role.
