    Imagine the length of games if referee's went microscopic on these replays lol.

    The weird thing is that getting microscopic wasn't even why replay was installed. It was to reverse calls that are abominations, like when Jets QB Vinnie Testaverte was an entire yard short of the goal line, and it was ruled a touchdown. That play was the biggest reason for use of replay.

    Was fairly easy to see in real time that the ball came loose when contacting the ground. Just a blown call. No microscope necessary.
    First 4 years:
    Brown - 54 GP, 27 GS, 261 catches (63.3%) for 3,561 yds (8.6 AVG), 15 TD
    Landry - 64 GP, 57 GS, 400 catches (70.2%) for 4,038 yds (10.1 AVG), 22 TD
