Oh and here's this. Happy New Year's guys!

Broncosí HC Vance Joseph faces increasingly longer odds at being retained and returning for his second season in Denver, league sources tell ESPN.

Definitely to little to late but Paxton has looked ok so far. Nice ball placement

The fact that Henderson did what he did is why Joseph needs to go. He couldn't recognize talent if it slapped him in the face

Checking in only to watch KC recover a Broncos fumble into a TD.

Was hoping we had a chance. One thing I'm certain of is Joseph will be history after another loss.

Even if we pull this game out and I may be wrong, but can't see Joseph as coach next year.

Just can't. Too many coaching errors throughout the season.

I think had Paxton been the QB all season he'd actually look like a real QB right now. He wasn't perfect by any stretch but he had some really nice throws that Trevor CAN NOT MAKE PERIOD.

He seems to have durability and vision issues. I think they keep him, but draft another QB.

Can't see Semian as an option either.

I thought Houston would be the one, but thank you Bucs. 5th pick was about as good as we couldíve hoped. Gonna be a very interesting offseason.

@paulie6986 those are things that can be improved with time. Granted we don't have time to wait. But had he just been named the guy at the start of the season I think he'd be further along. But they didn't and they went with the much less talented player at QB. So now he may be a back up and we either draft or get a free agent.

Exactly, the biggest mistake Denver made was not spending this year too develope Paxton lynch from otas forward, there should have been no qb competition.

I mean if I kept failing at my job and my boss never disciplined me, I'd want my boss to stay too.

If my memory recollects wasn't Lynch injured in the pre-season, so by default it was Semian's job. As a result he couldn't get enough snaps.
