The Mets beating the Cardinals in the 2000 NLCS. The 2015 NLCS against the Cubs was a close runner up.

Not to mention the Santana no-hitter which I was convinced I was never going to see happen from a Met pitcher.

Giants winning the World Series in 2010, 2012 , 2014

Channeling my inner Ciaban, watching the Dodgers loose the World Series in game 7 at home was glorious. Also watching the Dodgers choke in every postseason for the last nearly 30 years now has been hilarious.

    Favorite baseball moment?

    For games I attended:

Return of Tom Seaver to Shea Stadium for the first time in a Reds uniform after getting traded by the Mets, 1977.

    On television

Probably, Game 5 of the 1975 W.S. So many moments ending with Fiskís dramatic HR.

Endy Chavezís catch in the 2006 NLCS was my first real memory as a Mets fan and was the year I got into baseball.

    Johanís no hitter was fantastic.

Mets hitting 8 home runs at Citizen Bank Park was probably the coolest in recent memory.

A distant second, but I was at this game, so it made it special

That was honestly one of the greatest series Iíve seen. From the missed catch to the gw HR it was awesome.

Beltran also should have swung the bat against Wainwright...probably his only blemish on an otherwise spectacular tenure with the Mets.

Itís a shame thatís his legacy to some.

    Yup.

If he goes into the hall, he should probably wear a Mets uniform. He earned his pay with them. And too many Mets fans hated him.
