He is one of the best bad weather qbs but even for him you cannot expect 300 yds and 3 plus tds all the time in frigid and windy conditions. Belichek looked like he was going on a trek to Antarctica with his gear.

If Wentz were healthy, he'd be MVP. Same as if Brady played 16 last year he would of been last years MVP. IT leveled off for Brady in that regard. Gurley still has a chance but the QB bias is too strong in MVP voting.

AS for the Steelers, they should have played the Stars but waved the white flag knowing the Pats were facing a Petty led offense.
No, Brady wouldn't have won MVP if he played all 16 games. If you project his stats over 16 games, he finishes with less yards and tds than Ryan finished with. Plus a lower QBR. It would've been a closer MVP race, sure, and Ryan wouldn't have ran away with it. But it's no guarantee at all.

The only reason Brady will win MVP this year, if he does win it, is basically by default. Since The leading contender ,who was Wentz, got injured in week 13. Rodgers was out by week 6 and even Antonio Brown managed to tear his calf. I've never seen so many things go right for one player in a year as it went for Brady this year. His QBR is 3rd, behind both Wentz and Case Keenum. The only significant category he leads is yards and he may not even lead that after today.

    He got very lucky.

Chiefs should be thanking their lucky stars for getting to play the Titans.

Fair points. But most people were saying Brady would of been MVP if not for the suspension. Ryan deserved it, but no one would of said Brady didn't either if he won. I think the numbers were too close to call, and Brady would of edge him out due to team success.

And yeah this year he is not as deserving (relative to recent winners/history) and would be a weaker MVP winner.

AB and even Gurley and all other skill queers have the deck staked against them. Even healthy AB wouldn't be a serious threat. Gurley is a threat but the QB bias is too strong. Rodgers and Wentz would probably beat him if they were healthy and played out the year. Especially Wentz with the bigger sample size. Rodgers is speculation as he does have streaks of games where he tails off, so it's no guarantee for him having a better season.
