That was an ugly game. We showed nothing on offense. More vanilla than an ice cream shop. What a pathetic showing in what was a game to be treated as a "playoff". Letting Musgrave walk was a bad move. Hiring Todd Downing was worse. I held out hope. I cant hold my breath any longer. But...Who's out there?

I have seen Josh before as a head coach. I miss him and his QB he moved up to draft.

Patricia, might be worth a look.

Patricia has done a hell of a job in NE with just scraps. One thing different than in Oakland, he needed to improve because he was tired of having Belichik's shoe up his keester. We already know how JDR handles these situations...

    Michael Lombardi

Bruce Arians, a two-time NFL Coach of the Year who is just less than two seasons removed from taking the Arizona Cardinals to the NFC title game, will agree to part ways with the Cardinals next week, multiple sources tell Hub Arkush of Pro Football Weekly.

Please please please come to Oakland and become our OC Mr Arians Sir.

Oc? Bruce Arians is ten times the hc jack Del Rio is. If he is free he would be a hot HEAD coaching prospect unlike jack Del Rio. Why on earth would he agree to be jack Del Rio’s oc? I would take h8m as a hc in a heartbeat !

Not sure Derek would make it through a Bruce Arians practice. Talk about a square peg in a round hole. Bruce wants QB's that do everything Derek sucks at.

    Okay

The square peg in a round hole is an idiomatic expression which describes the unusual individualist who could not fit into a niche of their society.

The metaphor was originated by Sydney Smith in "On the Conduct of the Understanding", one of a series of lectures on moral philosophy that he delivered at the Royal Institution in 1804–06:

Arians had 1 playoff win as a hc. Let's not kiss his ***** too much.
