With the splash bros out we get to see a prime Durant go to work and add to his legacy tonight.

Yeah. I'm sure that years from now we'll look back on this regular season game in January at home against a sub-.500 Clippers team as a major factor in Durant surpassing Kobe.

good call ... a game that pretty much exemplifies his career... great numbers and a loss

Durant passing Kobe? I'll take Kobe in his prime over Durant in a heart beat. Kobe even without Shaq could take control of games and will his team to wins. Durant can't do that. That's why he went to the Warriors for a ring.

Yea, we did have that one loss in the playoffs last year. That sucked, but kinda worth it to win at home

Yeah Its a difficult question, Id say he needs to win 3 more championships with the Warriors. Or 1 with the Warriors and one with a less stacked team.

Imagine if Durant had Kobe's level of sack. Now that would be scary

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

And my kinda point is his career certainly didn't contain much losing last playoffs, so either you don't know what exemplify means or your not familiar with kd's career

I have always thought about that...

I have also come to accept LBJ's greatness but I would respect him even more if he had Kobe's mentality... he would easily be GOAT if that was the case...
