I gotta get some Rush on my list. Alice in Chains too. Rage. Too hard.

    Hallelujah - Leonard Cohen
    Country Roads - John Denver
Sweet Child Of Mine - Guns N' Roses
    Revolution - The Beatles
Wouldn't it be Nice - Beach Boys
    Locomotive Breath - Jethro Tull
    Lodi - Creedence Clearwater Revival
Rain When I Die - Alice in Chains
Amarillo By Morning - George Strait
    Time Stand Still - Rush

A lot of Pink Floyd would be in consideration, but my favorite is probably Time.
Time was the one other PF track I thought of adding to my list. Though now that I think about it more, Echoes could be in the mix too.

I tried this and need at least a top 50. And that would be hard enough.

Pink Floyd “Time” is a beauty. As is “Have a Cigar”

Great call valade. Rain When I Die is on my initial list as well.

    Sublime - Santeria

Rage Against the Machine - Know Your Enemy

    Tool - Opiate

    Perfect Circle - Judith

    Pink Floyd - Time

Creedence Clearwater Revival - Someday Never Comes

    Ill Bill - My Uncle

    NOFX - Dig

    Dirty Heads - Sloth's Revenge

    Everlast - What It's Like

I agree that I could easily make it to my top 50, but these are the ones that came to mind. And I wanted a bit of everything.

god, harder than I thought. Right now...

    Tool- Rosetta Stoned
Pink Floyd- High Hopes (I want this at my funeral)
    Prince- When Doves Cry
    The Beatles- Eleanor Rigby
    John Lennon- Imagine
    Cyndi Lauper- Time After Time
    Jackson Browne- Running on Empty
    Pink Floyd- Meddle
    Smashing Pumpkins- Disarm
    Bob Marley- Redemption Song

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

These are two that were on my mind when making my list too.

Choosing a singular Pink Floyd song is almost too difficult. Echoes is great. Honestly, there's about a dozen songs of theirs where if I were listening to it as I was making the list I would have said was my favorite lol

Yeah, I love Alice in Chains and that whole album is amazing. The beginning 3 songs and the ending are like just one after the other of amazingness.

Someday never comes is a great call. That'd be up there for my favorite Creedence song (probably just behind Lodi and Lookin' Out My Backdoor).

Thought of putting this on my list. There so many Beatles songs though, I may have a tougher time with Top 10 Beatles/Beatles members songs than I would just a straight Top 10 list lol

Which song from Meddle did you mean? Or you trying to sneak in a whole album?
