    Postseason Thread?

Is them allowed? Because I wanna gripe about how dead pitching is. Jose Altuve has three homers today. ALTUVE. Garbage.

It's such a joke. One of the best pitchers in the game and he gets throttled. Verlander looked okay, but not great.

    This is absurd.

He's arguably the AL MVP this year and also the best 2nd baseman in baseball.

Forget the power, look at his other numbers like average (from both sides of the plate), SB, walks and Ks; he should be the AL MVP.
Scarecrow: I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy: How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Oh ********. Altuve was a single digit home run guy before 2015. Give me a break.

And it has increased since then at age 24. We all know power is the last thing to come for hitters. Is not like he was some 29 year old that all of a sudden hit for power out of nowhere.

The guy was a 5 WAR player in 2014 and 2015 as well.

Just stop, dude. Altuve is a great player.

Dude, you keep making yourself look bad. I didn't say he wasn't a great player. I said he wasn't 3 homers in one game great. That's like half his 2014 home run total.

The balls are juiced, is what I'm saying. Or Altuve is, possibly.

Yeah, it just so happened to coincide with the home run explosion. Okay.
