    I would start Scherzer if he is good enough to come out of the pen. You can't let the other team get an early lead.

    Fixed for accuracy. The role of manager isn't meaningless but the players are the ones that need to execute either way about it. Gonzalez had a very solid season and is a fine choice to start this game.
