    CF Austin Jackson

    Bench

    Bullpen
    Closer - Mark Melancon
    Setup - Sam Dyson

What is BS is Giants have came out and said McCutchen in RF and Pence in LF. These guys in Bleacher Report are so DUMB. And they have no idea of what is happening.

I don't know what they do, it's garbage though. Don't understand the hype and excitement.

I looked at his numbers and adding him would make our bullpen solid! I'm all for it, but won't this bring us over the luxury tax?

Sounds like Smith is out until at least May so there is a need

No idea how the money will work but if the Giants get Watson that would be pretty sweet. Smith/Watson can be like what Affeldt/Lopez was.

According to the article it would but it seems the club wouldn't care if they can acquire him. Again, I give the Giants credit for making the effort to do what they have to. We've chosen to spend money and go that way. Now, even more, I wished we had gone after Cain. Draft pick or no. You do what you have to do to improve the club. Get Watson and let's go Giants. Win!!

I was asking about him up thread. If May, is this the start of "his" spring training or would he be ready to pitch? Looking at his numbers I agree, he could help.

I heard on the radio that he is reporting that his bullpens are at 75% where he should be and its hard to project.

Anyone else get the feeling that Melancon and Smith might not be of much help this season?

Hoping Melancon will be of value but the Smith situation may be a little shaky. Anyway you slice it, we need them both. Maybe this is why Watson has entered the picture. The club itself is having some doubts?

I think they should be having doubts about the bullpen regardless. **** has been trash for two years now.
