Because intelligent people can discuss not only right now but the immediate future.
    Minnesota is without Bradford
Giants are 0-2 look like a complete mess
New England is always tough and on short rest is even worse
Cardinals look terrible and barely beat the Colts
Bills have been in tank mode for 2 months
Carolina has a ton of holes and will be without Olsen definitely
New Orleans is quite clearly the worst team in our division
Jets may be the worst team in NFL
Then Miami, which is very winnable.

That's our next 9 games and 8 of those are winnable or locks.

After that with Atlanta twice, Green Bay, Detroit and such the schedule looks much tougher.

Sam Bradford expected to miss the game, apparently his knee flared up after light practice work this week.

Kwon Alexander ruled out. Clearly we would love to have him out there, especially with Minnesota having to lean on the run with Bradford out.

I still am confident in David, Beckwith and Glanton getting the job done.

With Rhodes likely on Evans much of the game, this could be a statement game for DeSean Jackson.

The Vikings offense without Bradford managed only 9 points against a Steelers defense who I think is not quite as good as ours, though it's close.

They will definitely lean on the run game, and I like VH3 and Grimes against their WRs.

Yea, I think DJax is the offensive key to this game. I'm looking for our TE's to get involved as well.

BucFan47- is it cool if we talk about this weekend's game, or are we getting too ahead of ourselves? After all, it's only Saturday!

Apparently they're being cautious with his shoulder. Chris Baker and Jacquies Smith are out with a flu that has gone through multiple players.

I expect our defense to be up to the challenge. Smith is a major downgrade but got some good experience during preseason. Beckwith is a good LB who should be able to make plays next to LD. McDonald is very good and should play well in the middle.

Our offense needs to step up to the plate and ease the burden of the defense.
