    Reds @ Mets

The good news is Warthen isn't retiring.

Dr. James Andrews can get that new Rolls Royce now.

    Don't worry. He's got this.

No Nimmo or Smith in the lineup but Terry is playing Aoki and Reynolds.

    2nd best manager...boom!

The worst of all Mets managers therefore also the longest tenured.

Not even close, See (worst on top):

    Jeff Torborg
    Art Howe
    Dallas Green
    George Bamberger
    Joe Frazier
    Willie Randolph
    Jerry Manuel
    Frank Howard
    Mike Cubbage
    Bud Harrelson

I wasn't old enough to see Wes Westrum. And Casey obviously gets a pass since his job was to promote the team, not worry about winning games.

But the other guys are probably all better than the ones i listed above. They include (in order of their tenure)

    Gil Hodges
    Yogi Berra
    Joe Torre
    Davey Johnson
    Bobby Valentine
    Terry Collins

I don't understand how this moron has a job. Nimmo is the best player on the team right now. How the f do u sit him two days in row. And didn't the bring up Phillip Evans? When does that guy get to play? Tired of seeing this Aoki **** stain play everyday. The whole league knows that guy sucks what good do we get out of playing him every day when we have kids that need experience. Very frustrating.

I could be wrong here, but I think his feeling is that as he respects the integrity of the game he wants to put out the best team in his opinion that has a chance to win since the Cubs are in a pennant race.

If we were playing the Phils, Giants , Braves etc. I think he would be playing the kids , Evans, Nimmo, Cecchini more. Just my thoughts.
