You don't believe there are honestly some fans who would rather see Team X fail than their own team succeed? It's pretty sad, but for a lot (not saying all) of people, hearing the successful team got caught cheating, is more satisfying than their own team winning.

Take away Boston... imagine this was the Golden State Warriors... it would be sweet redemption for a lot of the fans that vilify them and would be a whole lot bigger of a deal than if it was the Milwaukee Bucks (for example)... it's just the nature of humans to root against the top dog

What are the actual mechanics of relaying the sing via the apple device to the trainer to someone on second to the hitter, that's a lot of translation in a short amount of time.

Coming from a Mets, Jets, Nets, and Islanders fan... that right there is a bigger joke, and will be for the foreseeable future. HA!

Fans have a lot to do with it, lots of them up here are terrible, but there is a natural hatred for Boston because of how much they've cheated the last 15 years

It's why no one cared about the Falcons Noise-Gate or the Browns violating the leagues electronic device policy. Both of those teams got in trouble, yet I'd almost guarantee that you didn't care or possibly didn't even hear about it.

I'll take the success, even if it comes with some stories getting blown out of proportion every once in a while.

I'm from Long Island and those are Long Islands true teams.

I can't and will never root for the mainland New York teams: Yankees, Giants, Knicks, Rangers

Boston cheats. You have no respect from anyone.

Win all the titles you want. Your teams cheat.

I'd rather lose fairly than cheat to win.

Blown out of proportion? How so? Been caught cheating ( stealing) twice, this year alone ... good song. Just bad ethics . You can spin it anyway you like , it's a discrace to the sport .
