Hey, someone took a dump on our front door step!

Assuming that was your point. At this juncture there is no reason to revisit this other than to stir the pot. Although I think Phil got railroaded and his flaws were reported but not his accomplishments, I also see he brought this on himself. Time to move on. That is after we all put our 2 cents diatribes one more time. Or five more.

The only good thing about firing Phil Jackson is it now gives the Knicks a chance to sign Lebron James next offseason.

Phil was just a victim like all other gms before him meanwhile Dolan and Mills are still here pretending to care about the knicks.

Seems like thats the theme for the Knicks front office.....DUMBNESS. Firing Phil or Keeping him, things were not going to get any better. The only way to try to make it look like the FO had enough was to make a big splash at the expense of a big name in the Front Office.

Phil Made plenty of mistakes, as well as the rest of the Office but in the end, someone had to be the scapegoat

Knicks have a slew of bad contracts, notably Noah, Lee, and Hardaway Jr.

We still have zero chance at signing him, and it was a great move getting rid of him.

According to Kevin Durant, James Dolan is the reason most players dont want to play in NY, unless of course it means a big pay day

Think Lee is a pretty fair contract in this market.

And if he performs well THJ's will be highly acceptable. Even Noah has some chance at redemption.

I wouldn't get carried away. Three yrs straight of underwhelming play. I don't see a resurgence in yr 4.
