    Post 7 days to die

I just got this on XBOX1. I'm digging it. Anyone else got this zombie game? Its like a toss up between ARK and Minecraft with zombies tossed into it. Once ya get passed the blocky building blocks its kinda cool.

Its a pretty good game to go through the first time. Once you hit "X" amount of days it gets to be pretty repetitive. But overall, i enjoyed it a lot

If you put it on Random Gen Map and make the settings tough i think its a lot more fun/challenging.

    7 Days to Die [Console]
    Release Notes
    Patch 11.0
    PS4 Version 1.16
    XB1 Version 1.0.16.1

Patch 11 is right around the corner and, just like Patch 10, we’ve got a load of new features and bug fixes in store for you! We have had a blast implementing and testing them on console and can’t wait for you all to get your hands on it! Check out the list below to see what’s in Patch 11.

    New Features
For those of you who follow development of the PC version of 7 Days to Die, the features below will probably look pretty familiar! ALL of these features will require you start a new game to experience them.

    New Navezgane Map and Locations
Navezgane has been upgraded with a variety of changes, including:
    · Almost 2 square kilometers of new explorable space
    · New highly embellished height map with huge mountains in every biome
    · New giant desert canyon
    · New prefabs
    · New locations using old prefabs

    New Random World Generation Locations
Newly generated random games can contain over 15 new locations! These include:
    · A hidden bomb shelter
    · An oil refinery
    · A funeral Home
    · A prison
    · The Red Mesa Government Installation
    · Buzz’s Bar
    · …and many more!

    Traders
Traders have moved into zombie country and set up shop! They carry a variety of products, some of which you cannot get anywhere else in the game. They live in indestructible compounds that are open during daylight hours (6:05 – 21:50) and closed after dark. Players loitering inside the compound after close of business will be kicked out (aka automatically teleported outside of the compound).

Traders also provide rentable vending machines where players can sell their own goods to other players and even other unseen NPC survivors (see below for details). There are five different traders in the new Navezgane map and there will be at least one trader in every random gen world.ne trader in every random gen world.

    Vending Machines
Vending Machines are new blocks in Patch 11. Vending Machines come in three flavors: beverage vending machines, rentable trader-protected vending machines found at Trader Settlements, and player-owned vending machines. Traders usually have beverage vending machines and several rentable vending machines in their compounds.

Beverage vending machines can be found at various locations and POIs. You can buy items from them using Dukes Casino Tokens but cannot sell items. The choice of items is limited to food and drink.

Rentable Vending machines can be rented for a fee (2500 Duke Tokens). The rent lasts 30 days. During this time, the Player can add items from his or her inventory to the vending machine. Prices can be increased above Standard Price or reduced (down to 20% of Standard Price). Other players in a game can purchase items from rented vending machines and, sometimes, sometimes items will be “bought” by NPCs (NPCs in this regard exist only as buyers; they can’t be seen or interacted with). Note that upon expiration of rent, all items still in the machine are lost!

Player-owned vending machines can be purchased from Traders after taking one point in the Secret Stash perk. These exist permanently in the spot a player places them in or until they are destroyed. Items placed in these vending machines are lost when the vending machine is destroyed.

    Mining and Ore Updates
Worlds in all new games will contain random underground mineral veins where you can find all the old ores plus new rare mineral deposits (diamonds, gold, and silver). Players can hunt these veins out using new gravel patches on the surface that will indicate that there is ore below. New mineral types can be sold at the Trader Stations.will contain random underground mineral veins where you can find all the old ores plus new rare mineral deposits (diamonds, gold, and silver). Finding items on this game are so random. Pure luck. Offline map I can find like 2 wrenches first day. Online random map I cant even find one wrench at day 50. Also I think my map generator map probably sucks. Its one huge lake with a road going through it. I hate to start over though. I got nice tall walls built around the gun shop with a wall going towards the gas station across the street. Also got the forge crafted finally. I watched a video of a guy crafting a wrench. But I think he was PC and the video was old. So maybe they killed off that option for XBOX1?

Shows the mini bike which we got. Then shows bicycle and motorcycle. Then shows a armored off road vehicle. Then said the cars that are abandoned if good condition we can drive those. Which would be nice. Instead of building the mini bike from scratch. Then after that's all finished. They will work on boats and helicopters.

Downloaded this game the other day. It's a lot of fun. I play with my buddy online and the minecraft/zombie combo is great. Still trying to figure out how to assemble guns and vehicles, but hopefully we'll come upon that soon enough. We are on day 18.

For the mini bike. You need to find the book "mini bike for dumb *****". It give ya the blue prints to build it. Same goes for guns ya need to find the schematics and read it by hitting y button if xbox1 then d pad to hit the direction that shows to read it. Also need to spend your skill points for some things. Cement mixer is like 30 points to unlock it. Also best to stay on high grounds. Don't use or build ladders. Zombies can climb. Best to build frame boxes and elevator yourself up to roof tops that way. Then build a bed and camp fire and storage box to put your stuff in. Also watch out for land mines in the burned out biome.

I found the minibike book just need to assemble all the parts. Gotta get a work bench I think. Did build a hunting rifle too, so we are good there now too.

Good advice on a base. We need to do something like that. What do you think about underground bases?

    Reporter: What happened Dak?

Dak: I don't know, they were everywhere. I'd throw, they would intercept it. I'd try to run, they were right there. I'd look up, there they were. It's not fair. I miss my Zeke, I can't do this without him. They were right, all of them, they were all right. Wentz IS better than me.

It goes beyond 7 days. Day 7 at midnight which is day 8 is horde night. 6 hours of combat. Midnight to 6 am. Then daylight. Then they crawl away or walk away slowly if alive yet. So every 7 days is horde night well midnight 8th day. Also the higher skills ya get k/d wise they add more tough zombies like the puking zombie cops. Then the ferals. Which are the naked demon like zombies. They run day or night.

Besides zombie dogs. Then ya got the zombie chick in the white nightie screaming to call in others. Also on PC they will be patching in the behemoth big zombie guy that breaks bases down. Plus the spider like zombies. I didn't get the see the zombie strippers yet baring their big jugs. Guess they are near the strip club far away from my main base.

Also near military bases are the gi zombies. I guess on pc they are removing the bee's and replacing them with skeleton vultures. Then there are bloater zombies. Also that skin head zombie. Also nurse zombies. Tons of zombies really. Also plenty of wild life like deer, bears, chickens, rabbits, pigs. Guess they will patch in wolves as well.

Plus ya can dig in this game. On youtube people have videos of tunnels from one side of the map to the other side of the map.

I feel like the tunnels would take forever!

Am I right in thinking that I need a work bench to craft the other parts of the motorcycle? Like the handlebars, chassis, etc.

Yeah you need work bench for mini bike parts. Ya need like a claw hammer and wrench and a few other things to craft a work bench. They are the ingredients by the way. Not sure about under ground base. Eventually your door to outside could be breached. I know I was messing around with the steep mountain near my base. I was digging like 10 feet or so in.

I had two wood frame boxes covering the entry way. But I could hear a couple zombies on top of the hill getting mad hearing my chop boulders. So I removed the frame boxes and hip fired my sniper rifle and blew their heads off. Main dug it for some clay for the forge. Also be careful on the MD5 bug where it deletes some of what ya did in the game.

I lost like 10 boxes of stuff and it deleted the forge and work bench and all our duke coins and weapons and ammo. Also it erased half my trench around the building I stay at. I'm on the official navzgane map. I'm in the green part of the map in the west. There's like 6 general stores grouped together on the street. Then down the road one way is the book store.

Then the other way the Joel trader guy. Also if you decide to dig make sure you have plenty of shovels and materials. Also food and water. Also plenty of wood to make framed boxes. Cause when I was digging into that mountain 10 feet or so in. I fell down in like 15 to 20 feet down. I had to do the build a frame box elevator trick where ya jump and place a box under ya and rinse and repeat till I got out. Also watch your back for zombies trying to get in.

If you have the iron or steel shovel it goes faster. I know the difference digging a trench right away. 3 swipes to make a hole with iron shovel. Like 5 or 6 swipes for a rock shovel. Then if you spend skill points on mining and tools it helps.

Ya handle bars can be used for the auger or chainsaw as well. Then if you add a car light bulb and tape and electrical parts then it becomes the mini bike handle bars. Also need duct tape and cotton and short pipe and cloth or leather I forgot to make the bike seat.

Then ya need to break down cars for the battery and bulb and engine. Also need the empty basket to store stuff on your bike and mini paddle lock. Not sure if the lock is optional for multiplayer so no one else uses it or not. I made sure I had every thing.

Oh and save up plenty of gas breaking down cars. It take over 1,000 gas to have a full tank. Also best when bike is done to create some kinda garage for it. Cause if when I did that a zombie tried busting in my jail doors to get at my bike to break it. Also chop random tires laying around to get a pair of tires for your bike.
