Realmuto teaching D'Arnaud how a former top prospect at catcher should hit the baseball.

Am jelly of some of these marlins young players.

Sad about Fernandez, they would be in so much better shape.

Flexen just isn't ready for the Bigs. Needs more time in the minors.

They have a playoff caliber lineup with Bour in there as well. Just no pitching.

Why doesn't Terry wanna see what the team has in their young players next year? Nimmo finally gets the start but batting 8th... Can't he put in in a better spot. And why Reynolds instead of Cecchini...

Cannot confirm but from well placed @mlb source, word is @mets are trading CurtisGranderson and C Rene Rivera, both not in lineup

He's not supposed to be here. Complete last resort. How many other starting pitchers have we used this year before him? 10?

    I wish them both well.

Not enough can be said about Grandersons character. He's a Saint.

Rivera, although I never advocated him starting as many games as he's had to, played admirably and came up big in a couple spots.

    Get a ring guys!

If that's true...the only viable expiring veteran contract we have left is Reyes, for possible trade.

Blevins and Cabrera each have one more year.

Granderson to Dodgers for PTBNL or cash considerations.

    Metsblog

    Don't worry. He's got this.

And we would never consider trading someone who has a year left so we can get a decent prospect in return.... Just save money on upcoming free agents are get nothing in return, then not use that saved money to really upgrade for the following season.

    That's how we do business.

Cabrera must be saying "when is my turn? I asked first".
