1.25 PPR league, 12 team, Layout: QB/WR/WR/WR/RB/RB/TE/FLEX(TE/RB/WR), can only keep for 1 season

    Derek Carr - 13th round

    or

    Spencer Ware - 12th round

I was leaning towards Carr because I think he has the safer floor, but at this point I think I'm shifting towards Ware partly due to the need of the RB position. With Maclin gone I can see this offense needing to use both Ware and Hunt (if or when) he emerges to some select touches. Ware looked a little sluggish late last season so even if Hunt takes some snaps towards the end that could be refreshing for the second year starter in Ware. While if Ware is more conditioned and plays as well as he did for the first half of the season he ends up a premium back for the 2017 year at least.

Alternatively if Hunt doesn't perform well this preseason that could be a chance to take him later to cover my bases

There are always enough QBs, I'd keep Ware.

I'd also keep Ware. You can get a good QB late. You won't get that good of value late at RB.

With those rules and PPR, I would keep either Fitz or Coleman. If you want to be risky, take Cooks, but unlike in NO, there will be other targets to be thrown at.

Thats another solid choice, I just don't see Wilson using his TE much to make it worthwhile.

I would go Graham. I think he has a big season. He is another year removed from his injury. Seattle has no clear cut #2 receiver behind Baldwin so Graham should see plenty of targets. An improvement on his 923 yards from last season is very possible.

Might be late but I like Graham. Most profit.
