New to the forum. Mets/Knicks fan but grew up in Ironton, OH and kept my Browns fandom. I'd love to see some chat around here. Lots of stuff to be excited about.

Anyone concerned about how little talk Peppers has been getting since the contract and that Njoku is getting 3rd team reps? I'm honestly less concerned about Njoku but my biggest worry on Peppers is that they have a hard time slotting him into a consistent spot so I want him getting all the first team reps he can so we can see if he's a true safety. I just don't want him to be a trick player and want to see him slot in for constant reps.

I'd love to hear from anyone who's seen him in camp so far, especially on his coverage or ball hawking skills

That's just what he is going to be a specialist. Someone to blitz the QB he just isn't that talented in coverage Reynolds and Kindred are better at that skill set. Missed it on not taking Hooker prob hoped he'd drop, but another first next year hard to pass on. Thank I would have got Engram or Howard, and just stayed put got Baker the next round. I think they wanted to look determined and busy draft night, and kind of made couple mediocre late round picks.

I agree with you on the late round picks but I am intrigued by the 4 1st and 2nd rounders. Peppers and Kizer have a huge boom or bust but I believe in Sashi. I am hoping Peppers is more than a gimmick/special package guy. And I think Kizer is as good as any of the 1st round QB's and will be WAY better than Maholms who might end up being the biggest QB reach in recent memory
