I've heard good things about Cease and Jimenez.

I can't give anything more than that

Jimenez is a goon. You're gonna love him. GREAT deal for both teams. Glad they put differences aside.

    From what I've read

Eloy has huge power, will strike out 200 times, OBP will be .320 or so probably

Cease throws 100 with a ML curveball, has had arm injuries though.

    Don't know the other two.

Seems fair, a little underwhelming if anything.

Not bad, we got two top 100 prospects in return. I had hoped and Im sure Hahn had hoped for 3, but guess no teams were willing to pay that steep a price. From what little I have read the guys we acquired wont be ready till 2019 or later. Which I guess is fine because looks like 2020 is when they are aiming to be competitive again. Sad to see Q go he was truly a quality underrated ace. Happy because hopefully we can catch Beer in 2018!

Love this deal for both teams. Going to miss Q but it's great to get Eloy and see Q play for a damn good team.

    Hahn is the man.

Cease has some pretty nice numbers for a 21 year old.

    120 Innings 165 K's
    2.54 ERA
    1.20 WHIP

    Our young pitching is filthy.

    Hansen
    Cease
    Kopech
    Gilioto
    Lopez
    Dunning
    Adams
    Flores
    Burdi
    Rodon
    Fulmer

Even if only half pan out, that is quality.

    Burger
    Sheets
    Moncada
    Robert
    Jimenez
    Adolfo
    Collins

Now let's trade Frazier and Robertson to get some hitting back.

Question is do we trade Abreu. Doesn't make sense to keep him when he will be 34+ by the time we are competing. Yankees are looking for a 1B.

Then there's Avisail. Might be smart to hold him since he's only 26 and coming into his own. Than again, his value is at an all time high. I'd honestly trade him too.

Trade Melky. We should be trading all these guys and really tanking the 2nd half away and allowing some of our young guys to make their arrival.

Can any of Robert/Jimenez/Adolfo play CF? At 19/20/20 we should bring those guys through the system together. Or Maybe you don't want 3 highly touted under 21 year olds hanging out that much lol.
