I love the suggestions regarding the Brewers prospects.
So if Hahn has some offer from the Brewers would he go to Epstein and give him last dibbs, since the cubs are about 5 games back in the standings?
After Jon Lester got b-spanked in front of a full house of blue hatters at Nuveen today, one would think Epstein would value a pitcher like Q to help stabilize a rotation that has been shaky.
Regardless, I think Hahn will always give the Yankees and Red Sox a call because they are always in it to win it and they have the prospects to make the deal.

I love the idea of working something out with the cubs. Any deal has to start with Eloy Jimenez. We can have our outfield set for the next ten years if these prospects meet their potential.

Well, I think the future OF is a mess right now. We have Robert, who may be several years away, if at all. Then what ? Avi, Tillson,Basabe , Adolpho, etc. etc..........I dunno.......not seeing a clear path.

    Sox Trade Rumors

We'll just remember the Sox are really only 6 months into this rebuild. They have pieces left to trade and another high draft pick coming. I wonder if they brought in a SS in a deal, if Tim Anderson could be shifted to CF. He has the speed talent to play CF.

Say Fraizer goes to Boston, who do we get back? Maybe Sam Travis, like to think we could get some value, Fraizer is one of best bats available at trade deadline.

Even if half of the top prospects pan out, we're in for some exciting years coming up. They're in line to be able to make some big FA offers in '19 too.

Anybody know where Burger and Sheets will fall in the top prospects list?

I'm guessing Burger falls in around 9 and 75-85 in the top 100. Maybe slightly lower. Sheets will be in the 12-13 range IMO for the White Sox top 20. That's awesome. Spencer Adams could be the Sox 15th or 16th best prospect and he's a legitimate SP prospect who would be top 5 in a lot of systems.

I imagine the Sox now have the #1 farm system in baseball?
