Really poor awareness by Kyle. He could've almost ran to the bag and got the out. Exaggerating but he had a lot of time.

Just got back from the gym.

    1. Wood instead of JD... felt like christmas morning.

    2. Schwarber started out with 2 really nice catches.

    3. Rizzo, Happ, and Contreras hit 3 bomb, shame the wind is blowing in.

    4. Butler you just have to throw strikes. PLEASE

    5. Why did Maddon have Javy bunt with 2 on, nobody out, and the pitcher do up next? Trying to prevent the 3 run HR?

    6. Montgomery needs to be good out of the pen he is our only real LH. His ERA is good but he keeps looking bad.

    7. Been raining and now suddenly we call it?

    Restart, then kick ***.

    Simple.

Carson, trust me, even if you turn out to be a really bad QB, BDawk4Prez will always defend you on PSD.

Finally back into my account. My password wasn't working yesterday and I wasn't getting an email to reset my password. I registered a new account and the activation email wasn't coming to my email address at all. Now suddenly my password started working again on this account.

Well, that was very weird indeed!

Only thing worse than watching the Cubs losing, is seeing fans behind home plate who can't sit still.

No, 'dabbing' is the dumbest thing ever created by anyone and doesn't look cool.

I think Baez bunted on his own. That was not called by Maddon.

I am highly doubting that. Its Baez he rarely bunts. After yesterday he will be swinging away for awhile.

He likes to try to bunt for hits when the infield is back

Hey guys, cant post a new thread so hoping it's ok to post here. Have 2 tickets to Saturday's game that, with the uncertain weather forecast combined with my location (3 hours away) I have decided I'm not making the trip to Wrigley. If anyone local is interested in going, I'm willing to give my tickets for free in exchange for the "Final Out" bobbleheads if you can get there in time to get them. Seats are in 233, Row 13. Under the overhang (dry) but with great view of the IF and LF Video Board. Let me know if you are interested, thanks!

I see Dexter Fowler is putting up his usual quality numbers for St Louis right now. Anyone think Heyward will put up the higher WAR at the end of the season? The slash line likely wont be anywhere near as impressive. We'll just have to see if defense and baserunning makes up for the offensive gap.

Once we lost Fowler to the Cardinals, in part due to Heyward's contract, I resented the career offensive underachiever all the more. Fowler would have been particularly useful to have yesterday. With the wind blowing in being able to work the count and take Walks becomes an even more valuable trait to posses.
