That out at 1st base by Arrieta was probably the weakest hit attempt I have ever seen, lol.

Decent start by Jake. 6 inning and no earned runs. Too many pitches, but I think he did hit 94 a few times. So all and all, a solid start. 1 walk and 6K's and only 5 hits. Need to go 7 or more innings in the future. But this was a start.

Remember when the Brewers were a good Baseball team? That was a frustrating week.

    Keep your head up Floro.

I wonder what that ^ would've ended up being if we didn't have a 12 run lead to start the 9th.

So tomorrow Floro to the minors and Pena brought up? Grimm gave up 4 in the 9th the other day. Don't see him back. So to me it will be Pena.

I still am shocked Armando Rivero never got a shot at the big leauges considering how much we needed BP help. His K/9 numbers have been very very healthy. Oh well he is a Brave now and on 10 day disabled. However his career minor line and to never have seen a day in the majors I just don't get. I know someone tried to explain it but, we've brought up troves of uninspiring names with **** numbers.

    For his MiLB career.

    2.70 ERA/220inn/305K's.

Looks like you are getting what you want. Nice call. He has done well so far this year.

Sure has. He's a flyball pitcher through and through but he's dominating the strikezone this year. We need that power lefty in the pen and he might just be him.
