    ......VS......
    Cesar Valdez...............................................James Paxton

Cesar Valdez: Valdez will be pitching in the big leagues for the first time since 2010. The right-hander has made two starts for Triple-A Nashville this season, posting a 2.70 ERA with three earned runs in 10 innings. He has 12 strikeouts and hasnít walked anyone.

James Paxton: The Canadian lefty has been one of MLB's top starters to open the season as he's yet to allow a run in 21 innings with just eight hits, four walks and 22 strikeouts. He's 2-0 with a 2.75 ERA in three career starts vs. Oakland.

    ......VS......
    Sean Manaea...............................................Hisashi Iwakuma

Andrew Triggs: Manaea didnít allow a hit in his last outing against the Astros on Saturday, but he walked five and was pulled with no outs in the sixth, on the hook for two runs (one earned). Manaea walked two batters in each of his previous two starts.

Hisashi Iwakuma: Iwakuma held opponents to two or fewer runs in each of his first two starts of 2017 before allowing six in his last outing. The righty is 9-5 lifetime vs. Oakland, but his career 4.14 ERA against the A's is his highest against any AL West opponent.

    ......VS......
    Jharel Cotton...............................................Ariel Miranda

Jharel Cotton: Cotton was roughed up for five runs in five innings against the Rangers on Monday, allowing five hits with four walks and three strikeouts. The shaky outing came on the heels of a seven-inning scoreless performance against Kansas City.

Ariel Miranda: The 28-year-old lefty is coming off his first win of the year -- seven scoreless innings with four hits and no walks against the Marlins. He faced the A's once last year, giving up one run on four hits in 5 1/3 innings in his season finale.

    Sunday, April 23, 1:05PM PT

    ......VS......
    Andrew Triggs...............................................Yovani Gallardo

Andrew Triggs: Triggs has been excellent this season; he hasn't yet allowed an earned run in 17 2/3 innings. The right-hander pitched six innings against the Rangers on Tuesday, holding them to two unearned runs on three hits with no walks and five strikeouts.

Yovani Gallardo: Gallardo struggled early in his last start -- four runs in three innings -- but he then battled through three more innings and allowed no more runs against the Marlins. He has a 6.19 ERA through his first three starts of the season.

We might need to start a separate thread for this, Treez. I saw a dude in a wheelchair rip off a pharmacy the other day. Fought his way past two employees and got away. Let a trail of pills and bottles behind him like Hansel and Gretel.

I saw a hobo barricade the ER entrance with wheelchairs because, according to police, he's owed clothing from a previous stint in there. He had clothes on.

    Hyphy Hospitality Yagyu!
