    Yes Shorvath I completely agree.

Keep Moncada #2 in front of Abreu.

Lucas Giolito will make his White Sox debut on Monday during a doubleheader versus the Twins.
The White Sox are also promoting Michael Kopech from Double- to Triple-A. Giolito holds an underwhelming 4.48 ERA with 59 walks over 128 2/3 innings this season at Triple-A Charlotte, but he's also struck out 134 and had posted a 1.71 ERA over his last five starts. He could wind up sticking around beyond Monday if Reynaldo Lopez (oblique) needs a trip to the disabled list.

Guessing at a 2018 line up of:

    C: Narvarez/Smith
    1b: Abreu
    2nd: Moncada
    SS: Anderson
    3rd: Davidson
    DH: Delmonico
OF: Garcia, ?, ? (likely made up of 2 of the guys we have in the minors we traded for his year)

I am all for Nicky D getting the bulk of the DH at bats next year. Also hoping he can maybe learn to play a passable LF he is still young and appears to be in very good shape, so thats not out of the question.

When he was originally drafted a lot of people thought he would be a very good reliever and maybe even closer. That's where I stand on him, very good bullpen piece for a long time.

I hope they figure that out soon and point him the right direction.
I'm not sold on Rodon either.

Our best potential STARTING pitching prospects aren't even up yet, so that's hard to say that they aren't as good as we hoped. Kopech, Giolitto, Hansen, Cease, and Dunning are who I would wait and see on before getting worried. Lopez probably slots in right at the end there, he has potential, but most likely a lights out RP

Fulmer has been a disappointment, but almost everyone in the industry felt he was going to be a relief pitcher. I'm not worried one bit if he never makes it, as he is no longer one of our top 15 guys.

Rodon, has been impressive while healthy. Not a true #1 yet, but a pretty encouraging #2 type pitcher. Signs are pointing up for him.

I'm personally close to sold on rodon. He ended last year great.
This season he was hurt, but after some bad starts after his 17 debut he's been solid.
Maybe not an ace but a 2/3.
