I still have high hopes for Spencer Adams, who has regressed a little this year. There is also Hansen & Dunning that have promise. Carson Fulmer too.

Those guys plus Burdi make me optimistic about the future, pitching wise.
This next draft needs to bring in some hitters.

Yes, I see Moncada, Robert , and maybe Collins giving us some pop by 2019. Beyond that ?........maybe Hayes & Delmonico?

Anderson, Abreu , and maybe Davidson & Garcia from current roster.

We need a couple solid OF bats the way I see it.......

Hopefully, Q,Frazier, Robertson, Melky can get get us a couple OF bats.........Frazier from the Yankees would fit nicely.

Also great to see this kind of plate discipline from Zack Collins. Only hitting .228 but has an OBP of .391 with a .841 OPS that is great.

    2017 Minor League Thread

Just get me the best players you can from the trades. The Rockies could be a good fit for Q. They have the main piece in Rodgers if they'll trade him. He can slide to 3B. They have another piece in Ryan McMahon who has shifted to 1B and has the power to do it.

If the Sox had an infield of C- Collins 1B- McMahon 2B- Moncada SS- Anderson 3B- Rodgers heading into 2019 or so, that's a great thing. There's power, speed and OBP potential like crazy there.

You have this draft where you could draft a guy like Jeren Kendall (looks like that's who they really like), next year's draft, you signed Luis Robert, have guys like Basabe, Engel, Leury and Avi in the system at the moment for OF. Plus whatever you get in deals for the other guys.

Then with all the pitching they have, the Sox are sitting in great shape.

Definitely like the plan of drafting Kendall just what we need is a quality college bat in this years draft. As for trading Q I feel its gonna be one of the big market teams that makes a huge push for him come July. My guess is Boston, NYY, or LA. From them I hope for hitters in return also, like all the depth we have with pitching just time to start building an offense that will be ready around 2019 or so.

I'd be shocked if Q does not end up w/ one of NYY, Bos, and Hou.

They are all doing well and/or have the expectation too. Q would put them over the top. A war between them for Q could so us wonders.

Alec Hansen has been dealing. We have so much potential at pitching. If we could develop all these arms and we draft the right bats these next couple years, we will have a pretty impressive future ahead of us. We really need to trade Robertson asap. Also we need Quintana to pick it up until the deadline so we could land a big spec.

In all, Hahn isn't done with his rebuild but he's unbelievably revamped a once-barren farm system. Per MLB.com, the White Sox now have the numbers 1, 8, 23, 28, 36, 59, 63 and 68 in the top 100 prospects in baseball and that's thanks in large part to the Sale, Eaton and Quintana trades.

RHP Reynaldo López continued his hot streak on the mound for Class AAA Charlotte. López gave up just one run, two hits and a walk while striking out five in six innings vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

In his last five starts, López has hurled 31.2 innings, compiled a 1.71 ERA and a fine 0.884 WHIP. He has struck out 39 and walked only six. Reynaldo ranks among MLBPipeline’s Top 100 prospects at №36.

    * OF Blake Rutherford , just acquired from the Yankees system, delivered his first hit in the Sox organization, going 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI for Class A Kannapolis vs. West Virginia. Rutherford is listed on the Top 100 prospect list at №30.

    * C Zack Collins homered for the second straight night for Class A Advanced Winston-Salem vs. Salem. The solo shot was Collins’ 14th of the season. He is ranked №68 on MLB’s Top 100 list.

    * LHP Jordan Guerrero of Class AA Birmingham posted an outstanding outing vs. Jackson. He went seven innings, allowing only a run, a walk and seven hits with a strikeout. He’s ranked №30 on the White Sox’ top prospect list.
