I was at the Nationals/Red Sox exhibition game at the Naval Academy today, fantastic turnout and they helped improve the stadium drastically. I subcontract to the vending company for concession sales for Navy sports, so I was there with my team and we also had the opportunity to feed both teams their pre-game meal. My guys who fed the team were given team-issued spring training hats by the Nationals staff, and we were told that they would get us seats to any game after April- really cool of them, and they didn't have to do any of it. I also heard the Red Sox took a tour of the academy beforehand.

Of course, there were about 4-5 "ballhawks" outside the stadium on the prowl. One guy was told to leave the street they were on because he came onto the parking lot twice.....which is military property. You would think these guys would have learned from what the Hample guy did last year at Fort Bragg

Baseball games should be shortened to seven innings.

I think it's pronounced melancholy, Mark Melancholy.

Good thing the giants spent 90% of their off-season budget on one reliever.
