    Boston Bruins‏ @NHLBruins
    AM skate lines:
    Marchand—Bergeron—Hayes
    Beleskey—Krejci—Pastrnak
    Vatrano—Spooner—Stafford
    Moore—Nash—Acciari
    Kuraly
Backes missing from AM skate. Not sure if it's just something he's been doing since the injury, and will play tonight? My personal hope is that Backes is just out for the practice, and subs back in for the game. Hayes is just his placeholder, and he is out as a healthy scratch. I'd like to see Acciari back in there after going down to Providence, and finding some offense.

    Boston Bruins‏ @NHLBruins
    AM skate defense:
    Chara—Carlo
    Krug—McQuaid
    C. Miller — K. Miller
    Morrow—Liles
    No changes here....

    Boston Bruins‏Verified@NHLBruins
#TuukkaTime expected in Toronto tonight, with Tuukka Rask the first netminder off the ice at pregame skate.
Hopefully we get Rask in both games.

David Backes is sick. Will be a game-time decision. Should be good to go.
And that confirms the questioning above.... At least on Backes. Really wondering if, in fact, Hayes is the odd man out tonight. Wouldn't they have just subbed someone in Backes place (Acciari/Kuraly) and let Hayes practice with his line?

Gotta say, these are all must win games.

    TOR - 3pts back
    TBL - 4pts back
    NYI - 5pts back

OTT of course is ahead of us, but only by 4 points. A win against them would give us a shot to take over 2nd place

A regulation win in both games tonight and tomorrow would be huge. It's about as close to clinching as we're going to get.

If the B's can get 5/8 point here, pretty much a lock for a playoff spot if they do so.

Bruins chances to finish in each slot:

    Division:

    1st: 2.888%
    2nd: 31.759%
    3rd: 40.741%

    Wildcard/conference:

    WC: 15.113%
    9th: 6.53%
    10th: 2.387%

So if the Bruins get 5/8 points during this game thread they should be a near lock for the playoffs unless they fall flat on their face the remaining games.

Not sure what seed the Bruins get, but if you had to choose between Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal who would you want the B's to play first round?

Montreal has the best record, but we have actually probably played them the best. Maybe Toronto because its a bunch of young guys who aren't used to this long of a season and may be getting tired/hitting a wall. Ottawa is a weird team, in my mind the Bruins should be able to beat them, but they have got the better of us twice, but we also have 2 more games against them to go and the B's could even it up the season series with 2 wins.

I'd probably take Montreal first round to be honest. We have played them decently this year, especially recently with a 4-0 win, the rivalry will be the highest its been in a few years with CJ joining them.

Marchand since the beginning of the year has been incredible. Dont remember the last time I saw someone dominate offensively like this for the B's.

It looks like Toronto paid off the refs. This game is ********. Should have been a 5 minute boarding/cross check on that hit on Bergeron. Not to mention a 10 minute game misconduct.

Wow. Blatant cheating by the refs. Toronto must be paying the refs some good money!

I can't believe how bad the officiating has been tonight. Taking pucks out of the offensive zone, Pasta gets cross checked in the throat no call. The deal with Bergeron should have been boarding/game misconduct...instead the refs take Bergeron with TOR for a penalty. Then on the GA you can see Miller get picked in the neutral zone. Miller goes to the box for a high stick, but TOR clearly hugged the stick and took it down to the ice. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF!!! The refs blown the play dead with Boston in the attacking zone because a Toronto player lost a skate blade.

THE FIX IS IN!!! THE REFS ARE ****ING BOSTON WITHOUT ANY LUBE TONIGHT!!!

NHL officiating has been getting progressively worse for a while now. Wasn't shocked at all. Toronto getting away with a bunch tonight.

Don't like this up and down style, it usually leads to us blowing coverage and the other team scoring

Not much defense being played by either side, really back and forth type game right now with each teams getting some solid chances. It is pretty exciting to watch though.
