Sandy gave up 4 runs I believe but still looked alright for early spring. See how he does next time he pitches.

I really like Jordan Shafer being on this team. He batted once and walked also scored a run. He pitched an inning gave up a hit and struck out three batters. That's definitely handy to have!

Mike Mayers has looked impressive so far.

Agreed! Wacha with another solid outing! You've got to like that for sure.

Wacha looked good again! Wisdom has looked good with the power as well. Diaz looks like his defense has improved for sure. Jose Martinez deserves to be on the opening day roster if he keeps playing like he has been for sure.

Leake looked very good again! Of course Harper crushed a homer off him but other than that great outing! Can't be mad about him giving a hr up to Harper he's going to hit his fair share for sure.

Wacha is our #5 start. So you got.....

    1. Waino
    2. Martinez
    3. Leake
    4. Lynn
    5. Wacha

Solid rotation. Hopefully everyone can stay healthy.

I honestly can see Wacha turning in a 12-8 season with 180 innings and a 3.35 ERA

I can also see him posting a 5.50 ERA and 1-6 season and not starting the second half

Yeah makes sense for him to be the opening day starter! Then Waino in game 2.

Rosenthal is starting the year on the DL, that stinks.

And its a lat strain which can linger. Hopefully they make sure he's 100 before his rehab

Think it's been bothering him all spring. I'd prefer him to take it slow coming back.
