Johan Camargo is drawing positive reviews. Good chance he could be up early in 2017.

Cubs guy hoping Rivero gets healthy.

Any idea what you guys might want to offer to keep him if he gets run through waivers?

I'm going to tell you what I saw, he was working 93-95 touching 96 with a wicked curveball, crazy 12-6 movement, it looks like a strikeout pitch to me. He didn't have control troubles but had some command issues with fastballs that stayed up and were hit very hard, the defense behind him was terrible, a ground ball to the SS that he couldn't handled on a short bound, a deep fly ball to center that Micah Johnson had a bad read and a dropped ball by Newcomb on a throw to first didn't helped either, the umpire missed a called strike 3 on a hitter that later got on base. Bottom line, some command issues with his fastball but he was impressive, don't pay too much attention to that box score.

    that makes sense.

I didn't get to watch or listen to the game so all I really got to go by is box score

    RIP Gene Wilder

Ruiz and Acuna both finished with 3 hits each tonight. I read Ruiz showed up in pretty good shape.

Paco also through a clean inning. Danks was hit hard.

Sounds like Ruiz is raking early on. That's good news!

For 3rd base? Could be worth a look. He was above average last year.

Dustin Peterson is out 2 months after some hand surgery.

Albies could be cleared to play soon, maybe a week.

I'd prefer giving Ruiz a look over Laurie. There's a reason he's going to be on his fourth team in a short span and a reason he was cut outright weeks into spring training.
