Might be time to pay attention to Aramis Ademan.

He was one of our big international signings in 2015. He has been playing really well as of late.

Slashing .286/.357/.468 so far at Eugene. Him and Paradas both give us two exciting young SS prospects.

#8 on BA's midseason top ten for the Cubs. He, Paredes, and Albertos seem like the guys in the lower minors to watch as the next potential top 100 guys.

Hopefully a year from now we are looking at them as blue chip prospects, as was the case with Eloy and Gleyber.

The craziest part is everyone had Amaya as the guy to watch and he's hitting 200

The biggest suprise of that class so far has been Paredes.

Eh. 18 year old catchers are tough to bank on? Not really that crazy that he's struggling to hit.

He mashed in extended too. He was probably the best hitter there.

And it is just 124 PAs in Eugene. Obviously the sample isn't encouraging, but it's hardly anything to be upset over. Amaya still is a guy to keep tabs on.

I think he has already thrown out 18 attempting to steal a base. When he signed it was said that he's currently defense first catcher with the bat still developing.
