If Fournette develops into another AP caliber RB, I would be really stoked. If he can even live up to Zeke's rookie year, Bortles can reclaim the A^2 season from two years ago, minus the picks.
U do realize that mixon is still a good prospect?
Mockdraftables comparisons(I'm picking the best guys.
Mixon compared to Larry Johnson(99%) and Jamal lewis(96.8%) as a rb.
Fournette compares to Michael Turner(91.2%) and Kevin Barlow(89
7%). I know Barlow isn't the best but there really wasn't any name guys unless u want Peyton Hillis.
Fwiw He wasn't the best rb in college last year.

Mixon is a solid prospect
He's not Fournette
and injuries are the only reason he wasn't last year...He averaged the same ypc...obviously if you sit out half the year then your not gonna have the best season
2015 when Elliot , Henry and all the backs from this class were all in college Fournette was who the majority thought was best and out of all of them had the worst QB situation....Dude literally ran vs goaline d's the whole game lol
The talent level is different and you'll see that soon

Funny u say thats a good oline. Cann blows chunks kinda like Beadles did. I'm not sure Parnell or cann would be one of our 5 best olinemen.
Linder-albert-robinson are the 3 clear heads above the rest.
Rest of them are just a guy on our roster.
I think reed should start as he looked very promising last year.
I feel Poutasi has some real potential as a guard(he was 💩for the titans at RT).
Cann for whatever reason hasn't developed as hoped.
Omameh might be better than those listed above but he's not great.

Then why the hell did Marrone put cann at rg in the 1st place? Cann has been below average for 2 years. This year he was 57/77 guards per pff. I know pff isn't the end all of be all but he fails on the Eye test as well.
There was appx 25% of guards worse then him. That makes him clearly below average.

Pff is terrible and proven to be so many times
Eye test says Cann is average
He is replaceable I just think LG would help him
Idk why we ever played him at RG...Maybe the other guys are better at LG then they are at RG by a large margin or something
That's why I'm saying I think best case scenario is
Albert/Cann/Linder/Parnell/Robinson
Albert is best talent right now....Cann is better at LG....Linder is pro bowl level....Parnell played some guard in Dallas and is better suited for it imo....Robinson is great in the run and needs some technical work in the pass so RT would be good for him right now
