Marlies are 3-0-0 to start the year, Nylander leading the team with 4 points. Kapanen has only played 1 of the 3 so i really hope they send him to Orlando if he can't get in the lineup.

Marner had a 3 point night tonight and is starting to pick it up a bit.

I heard Kapanen had the flu and that's why he only got one game in unless that's a cover up.

Ah makes sense. I didn't see anything so figured he was scratched.

I think he had two assists yesterday. Made a nice play in OT to set up Brennan for the winner. Kid's a beauty.

Just checked how our Quebec guys are doing. Dzierkals has 7 goals in 9 games for Rouyn-Noranda, already showing why we took him ahead of guys like Korostelev and Timashov.

Timashov impressed me when he got to play at camp. That kid can put a puck on a tee. We went all skill at the draft so you'd like to think someone's going to pan out. Bracco so far doesn't have a point in 3 games for BC. You gotta figure he'll heat up at some point.

Bracco really should be in Kitchener this year. Hunter kept his rivals from icing a potential Memorial Cup team... 7-0-3 to start the year and Bracco would have put them over the top. Now the Knights, Otters, and Rangers are all in a season long dogfight.

Would of been cool to see Bracco in major junior. His US National Development stats stacked up with Kane and Eichel. Kid coulda done some damage.

Another intriguing prospect.. Andreas Johnson. 35 pts in 55 games in the top Swedish league last year with Frolunda HC and now off with 7 pts in 10 games this season to start. Those Euro leagues heavily favour vets so to see him put that kinda production is encouraging. His contract in Sweden is up at the end of the year so we should see him in Marlieville next year. Look forward to it.
