I don't want neither Chandler or Brook. Chandler has tons of miles on him. Brook is to injury prone for me. I think we have no chance at Jordan.

Still worried about them old rumors which could of went either way saying Kidd didn't want Lopez back when he was with Nets. Then on the flip side of the coin Kidd knew he was gonna be with the Bucks and wanted Lopez. Reason NBA barred Nets/Bucks for trading for a year. Lopez would be a big body and can hit some shots but poor rebounder. But his rebounds went up later half of last season. But still a injury risk. Chandler be kinda all right I guess if its only a 2 year deal or less. Any more years bit risky since he's like already 33 before he signs any deal. Also regressing and injury prone as well.

Here's some old links linking us to Lopez.

This article mentions Mavs maybe more interested in bigger name center. So we could make a quick strike and pry Chandler away if so be it.

Probably be a little cheaper then Lopez. Also our D was killer with Zaza starting so we would only be better yet with Chandler even though getting older. Lopez would give us more scoring punch and was hitting like 42% for jump shots. Cause we did have plenty of stinker games of scoring in low 80's. Also hard to say, Stein isn't the greatest source either.

Bucks not satisfied with recent success and wanna improve even more. Mentions recent salary dump of Ersan to chase free agent and bring back Middleton.

Hoopsrumors mentions old rumor of Lopez and Teletovic for Sanders and Ersan. Also mentions Chandler or Lopez sweeps stakes this summer.

Lopez had 2 bad years injury wise, but he has had 5 seasons of 70+ games. His injury history is far overblown.

Chandler averaged a double double last year and is a defensive force. The first 2 years on a Chandler 3 year contract would be great. 3rd year not so much, but he would be an expiring contract.

I wouldn't hate either of these moves. The pipe dream is Deandre of course, but I wouldn't count on that happening.

I could see Lopez wanting out. Nets did make the playoffs. But mainly all on Lopez back. But Deron and Johnson are over paid. Not much there. As for the Mavs they could maybe retool quick if they land a star player. But that one article mentions Mavs maybe looking elsewhere instead of Chandler. Think Cuban has interest in Marc Gasol or some other big fish. So Bucks would have to act fast if Mavs wasting time looking at others. Cause once Middleton gets a offer sheet. We need our own free agent big fish signed before we match Middleton. Which would be like a 72 hour window.

Lopez is only 27, and Monroe is only 25.

Depends on the money for either of them. Lopez did have two injury plagued seasons for his career. But decent scorer but no D or rebounding. Monroe no D but monster rebounder and scorer. Brook much better range though. I'd hate to see us go for more D as in Chandler yet a bit older. Yet we already great D team. Seems like we need more offense. We had plenty of dull stinker games of 80 or less points. But defense usually wins championships unless you cant score.

Our wild card is Parker yet and Inglis. Seems like Knicks were pretty much tampering since last season saying they wanted Monroe. So who knows if they go after him yet or what? I could see Brook wanting a change of scenery. Chandler could stay with Mavs but seems Mark Cuban might want Marc Gasol or some other big fish and keep Chandler on hold as last resort option back up plan.

Even if we land one of Chandler or Brook. Do we then trade Henson or Zaza or Plumlee to clear minutes at center? 4 deep at center somebody would get the shaft. I know Plumlee already last season barely played for us. Henson even got less minutes then Zaza. So wouldn't be shocked if Kidd prefers Zaza over Henson. So could see a follow up trade after a big man signing. But with Brook and Chandler known to get injured bit risky to unload a big right after the signing.

If we sign a big money big, Henson needs to go. Next year he is going to get a fat contract and it would be dumb to have two big money bigs on our roster.

I'd expect Henson to be dealt on draft day. As a 2 month rental his stock will be low at the deadline

I hope somehow we can convince Marc Gasol to leave Memphis for the Bucks. That would be awesome. We would easily be top 3 In The east and become contenders once the young guys start to take that next step

Zaza in the final year of his contract. Henson can play the same time as an offensive center.

Lopez would need to stay healthy, otherwise all the money is tied up.
