He's just another guy, NOT A NEEDLE MOVER.

It all depends on if esp turns into a good pitcher, but like I said before this has massive look back potential.

Remember when the Red Sox traded esp for this guy named Pomeranz? And then had a chance to get him back?

    That's a 'no', then?
You've backed off Pomeranz being acquired as a top of the rotation pitcher?

I'd say not yet, but a Quintana and Robertson trade could make that a yes. Every prospect guy I've talked to has said they are a top 5 system.

    1. Yoan Moncada 2B
    2. Lucas Giolito SP
    3. Michael Kopech SP
    4. Reynaldo Lopez SP
    5. Carson Fulmer SP
    6. Zack Collins C
    7. Spencer Adams SP
    8. Zack Burdi RP
    9. Luis Alexander Basabe OF
    10. Dane Dunning SP

That's a pretty damn good top 10. All 10 of those guys could be in the majors by middle to end of 2018.

If they trade Quintana, they could add 2 or more likely 3 names to this list.

Having Moncada and Giolito (though I think he is a tad overrated), essentially 2 of the top 3 prospects in baseball really helps.

    Top Prospects Thread Part IV

I will say dastar, that if they can continue to draft like they did last year which brought in some good looking talent, things could change for the better. They have passed the baton to new guys when it comes to drafting with an emphasis on different things.

Starting to not look so nuts anymore. BA has Yadier the #2 prospect in the Dodger's system ahead of Jose De Leon.

Michael Kopech touching 110 in drills today. (I know it was a different ball and he was in a running start) but, it's still insane all things said.
