    Football guys

I wonder if our DBs make up for our lack of LB depth. I would expect at least one more guy brought in at some point.

If we go with a 3-4, some of the guys listed as "DE's" are going to be playing OLB

6/27/09: “We expect [Rondo] to play by the rules and be a leader as a point guard. We need him to be more of a leader,” Ainge said. “There were just a couple situations where he was late this year, I don’t know if he was sitting in his car, but showed up late and the rest of the team was there. We have team rules and you have to be on time. He was fined for being late, he said he was stuck in traffic, and it’s just unacceptable.”

Just poked my head in the Dolphins forum, didnt post just wanted to see their POV, and wow everyone of them thinks they'll win, of course anything can happen and they are at home, but just shocked at the insane amount of confidence.

yeah even on reddit the fins are super confident.

    Reasons:

    1) they think we can't cover ALL their threats on O

lol we have one of the best sets of DB's and two coverage LB's in Collins and Mayo

    2) They think their D-line can generate pressure on our o-line
i agree, they have a dick D-line, as with most of the AFCE

    3) They think their DBs can shut down our WR's

this is the flaw in their argument, they aren't considering that our rookie WR's are rookies anymore and they've grown and developed connection for AND they're vastly over-rating Finnegan.

    4) They won 1 game last year vs us and they think they should've swept the series.

um, lol okay..not like we weren't injured up the *** and they weren't really.

    5) they think we haven't added anyone apart from revis (browner is suspended), whereas they think their O-line is vastly improved and we have no real pass-rush to worry about. Basically they think they have "the best Miami team" in recent memory and we look vulnerable on paper

Yeah, it's the 1st game of the season, every team thinks that their team is the best thing since The Fappening.

This is what I got from reading all their threads on reddit and in their forums.

Do I think we're less talented than them? LOL NO!
Do I think we will win? Um, YEAH!!
Do I think we CAN lose? sure, but i say we win 8/10 games vs them right now.

They usually play us HARD, and I expect a good game with us on top at the end by 8-10pts

I was more conservative about this a few days ago.

Miami's offense could be really tough - except their trigger man is a stiff.

Miami's defense could be really tough - except the LB's are brutally bad.

So Brady will have one of his 31 for 39 for 378 yards performances using Vereen in particular to gash them underneath.

Pats have some trouble in red zone.

Reiss tweeted around noon that it wasn't going to keep Brady from starting - per 98.5

Worried about our interior Oline, the run game and injuries. Excited to see some of the potential this roster has.

I'm excited to hopefully see Easley, he hasn't been on any injury report. Really think this kid could make a difference on passing downs causing some havoc from the inside.

With Mike Pouncey out we need to bring some pressure up the middle. Attack that line while all 5 new Olineman are still trying to gel together. Dion Jordan is suspended which will help lessen the pressure on Brady and so is Reshad Jones so I'd like to see us test them deep.

I hear Easley should make his debut on Sunday.
