I want to be positive, but that Ray v Kuroda matchup... yikes! Hopefully we can take the first two, but we'll see if the offense can offer some support

Hopefully that's not the case; I don't know if Nathan and Martinez could take that amount of emotional distress.

Just pray he doesn't fall victim to the Comerica bullpen curse

Oops, just realized it's revocable so they'll probably just pull him back

Yeah those comments really annoyed me. Sorry buddies this is a results driven business and when you are failing to get the desired results people will react accordingly. People aren't booing because you struck out once, its because you are routinely failing in one, two, or in some cases every aspect of the game. And every single time the fans start to believe you've turned it around you go back to the same slop. Sorry just trying isn't going to cut it here. WS or bust.

It wouldn't be a Tigers game without a double play with RISP, at least we got the RBI walk

Man McCarthy must really be the reincarnation of Cy Young. Second time in a few weeks he's made our lineup look like scared little children. Amazingly enough though the Tigers have the lead this time.

Haha, insults work apparently. Suddenly Cy McCarthy doesn't look so much like Cy Young.

On another note, **** you Avila. What a buzz kill.

    Damnit Avila.

Serious question, was anyone expecting anything other than a double play?

    Bout damn time lol

I'm happy with the win, and Nathan being competent finally, but less than a minute after the ending, I switched over to the Twins/Royals game just in time to see Gordon hit a walkoff for KC
