    How does Josh Freeman not have a job ?

    I'm puzzled by this. I fully understand that his game deteriorated at the end of his Bucs tenure through the Minnesota experiment, but how has no team taken a flyer on this guy ? I'm hesitant to blame it on his attitude because almost every player on the Bucs roster had issues with the old coaching staff.

    He is 26 years old, has prototypical QB size, and had put up two very decent seasons at a young age.

    Just two season ago, he threw for over 4,000 yards with 27 TD passes. Your telling me he's not better or just as capable as any other 2nd or 3rd stringer in the league ?

    What am I missing ?

    I could be wrong but I thought I remember reading he had a learning disability or something along those lines. He had a lot of trouble comprehending the playbook in Minnesota after being rumored to be a slow learner in Tampa.

    Cocaine.

    Yes, I'm serious.

    Also;

    Being a slow learner doesn't mean you can't throw a football.

    Rams should bring him , let him study the play book for a few weeks and then give him a try . Hill isn't the answer and Josh might not either but he has upside . Bradford can't be counted on .

    Jeff Fisher doesn't mess around though, I don't think he would have the patience for Vince Young 2.0

    Yeah having a learning disability and being a coke head are a bad mix. I think his thoughts about his career would be similar to this: (although contradictory in this case, love the movie)

    "So in the end, was it worth it? Jesus Christ. How irreparably changed my life has become. It's always the last day of summer and I've been left out in the cold with no door to get back in. I'll grant you I've had more than my share of poignant moments. Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it. Throughout my lifetime, I've left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there's almost not enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent. There are no more white horses or pretty ladies at my door."

    Maybe he can go to Cleveland and be Johnny's bag man. Even pre roll his dollars for him.
