Bunch of Ranger stars clear waivers

Yu Darvish, Adrian Beltre, Shin-Soo Choo and Elvis Andrus of the Texas Rangers cleared waivers on Monday. Alex Rios also cleared waivers a couple weeks ago. Do you think they will be moved. I could see the Yanks getting Darvish.

Who would the Yankees give up to get a top 5 SP? I could see Rios getting traded but that's it

What would the Dodgers give up considering Grienke might have elbow issues.

    How did Darvish clear waivers?

And I'd love to see both of the Japanese studs wasting away on a middling team that refuses to admit it is middling and just keeps throwing money at remaining middling.

I'm not buying any of Greinke's concerns yet, plus isn't Darvish have an injury concern himself?

Nobody but maybe Rios gets moved.

I can't believe no one claimed Darvish though. He's a bargain.

Only a couple teams could satisfy Texas in dealing for Yu.

    this.

Some people on here seem to think the Yanks are in on trading for all these star players with nothing to offer.

Some people on here still think the Yankees drive the MLB bus. I think they had their license suspended

There are probably some teams that would like him, but wouldn't want to risk having his contract shoved on them. Also, I think most teams aren't looking to waste their time on a pipe dream.

These Yankees haven't exactly been known for making blockbuster deals in the past so I'm not sure what you mean.

They acquire through free agency which they have not stopped doing.

Why not? He couldn't have a more team-friendly contract. Has to be a health concern or something. Otherwise I would've expected someone to claim him even just to block a rival.

Darvish's name probably hasn't even been brought up in talks. No sense in filing extra paper work for no reason.

Yet another reason why he won't be traded right? There is no sense blocking him, he isn't going anywhere.
