    Scouting Report:
Giants: Luckily for the Giants, this Vogelsong start will be on the road. The Giants have lost his last seven home starts dating back to May 24. They've won each of his last three road starts, though.

Cubs: Wada picked up his second straight win with a quality start vs. the Brewers. The lefty has developed a two-seam fastball that has a lot of deception, but he did serve up two home runs. He's 2-0 with a 2.49 ERA in his last four starts.

    VS.

    Scouting Report:
Giants: The Giants won Peavy's last outing, which snapped a 12-game losing streak for Peavy's team in his starts. He earned the win, which was his first with the Giants and first overall since April 25.

Cubs: Jackson is coming off a loss to the Brewers in which he gave up five runs over 4 2/3 innings. In his last three starts, he is 1-2 with a 5.40 ERA, serving up 10 earned runs over 16 2/3 innings.

                                37 BB's 65

    Scouting Report:
Giants: Good news for the Giants: Bumgarner's start will be coming on the road, where he's been much better this season. He's 9-3 with a 1.72 ERA in 14 road starts in 2014, compared to his 4-6 record and 5.17 ERA at home.

Cubs: Wood has not won in his last 11 starts, and has a 5.40 ERA in that stretch. He took the loss in his last outing vs. the Mets, giving up two runs on four hits, but he also walked four, including two batters ahead of rookie Eric Campbell, who homered.

    Stay hot, Mikey!

Even 2/3 is a disappointment, win today and sweep it up.

The Phils were disappointing and we had to scramble to get two. Getting hot at the right time will cure all ills.

Pavlovic said the swelling had gone down and that he was going to test it out in the cage today. Hopefully he's ready tomorrow as Arias is garbage.

Why would you live somewhere where it rains all the time in the summer? Awful.
