If the season ended right now, Giants would be traveling to StL for the WC game

    Current standings.

As bad as the Giants are, they're still in it. Anyone else remember that marketing slogan (from 2009 maybe) "We're in this" well time to bring it back.

If the Giants end up playing StL in the WC game, they need to bring back Barry Zito.

They have an update version for this season.

    We're In This...?

They're technically in it, but then again, they aren't.

You're in it until you're mathematically out as far as i'm concerned. Odds are odds, and they are just that, odds, not fact.

That's fine. But to me, the way they've played the last two and a half months, gives me no indication of them playing in October.

I'm really interested to see how they stack up with the rest of baseball during that span. I'd have to imagine they have been a bottom 5 team.

True this, dodgers got swept by the brewers with both Kershaw and Grienke pitching, and with Ryu on the DL, this could be the giants chance to catch up to the dodgers.

I think their chances would be good.
