Of those three I'm only confident in Stro. Gonna be a tough series. If we lose ground here were pretty much done.
We need a sweep and should really get it if we want to make a run, White sox's with no Sale and EE back, this is the time to go on a winning steak with all the teams left we play it can be close.
The jays are like the leafs they are in a playoff hunt for most of the year and when the season really matters they fold. The Jays were in the lead after 100 games in the wildcard and striking distance from the Orioles and now 40 games left they are 7 and a half games behind Orioles for the Al east. How crucial was it for Seattle to sweep the Jays who now only sit half a game behind the Tigers and space them selves away from the jays. When the games really matter i don understand what happens to this team. You are coming off a 19 inning win off the Tigers and get swept by the Mariners who you are trying to beat in the wildcard. Not to mention this sweep put you 3 and a half games off the wildcard which should more like 6 games behind because they have 2 less wins and 4 more losses than the tigers. I think they definitely need to sweep the Sox and some other teams. A six game winning streak could put the Jays in the thick of it. On the other hand if they continue to get swept or play .500 this season is definitely over. After all there is only 40 games left and in baseball 40 games are like 20 games for basketball and hockey.
if the jays get swept it could be "DONE DONE DONE"...
Turning point series potentially....
No sale/Quintana.....It better be a sweep. Hopefully this series pumps up the team.
I'm going to try and go to the game Sunday. Hopefully I can bring home a win.
EE up. Gose down
A few posters from the Chicago area going to games. Have a great time!

not gonna have many easier series than this going forward

So now that EE's back, what's Francisco's role? Unless you play him at third (and it sure as **** doesn't seem like they're going to) there's nowhere for him to start against RHP, and against a lefty Lind has to be the first LH bat off the bench. What I'm saying is, I'm still pretty damn sore about them not making that Headley deal.
