Pick up Nate The Great and have him play 3rd, and have Arias help the hotdog vendors.

With that as the baseline how would you describe 2013? 2011? 2008-9?

PS i am glad duffy is getting pt at short and sitting craw- dude looks absolutely lost. Never seen a player look any more lost than Craw does.

But moving forward, i want Duffy to get majority pt at 2b. Not a Panik fan at all.

Really? I like what I've seen from Panik, solid in the field, nice plate discipline. Not a lot of power, but seems to have an idea of what he's doing at the plate.

I just don't see Panik's bat being able to carry over enough to earn a starting spot. To me, he'll be like a Joaquin Arias type player. Granted, he's only seen 104 PA, but his bat in the minors never impressed me.

He's a single hitter and nothing more. Reminds me somewhat of emmanuel burriss minus the speed and color. He does hit the ball with more authority than Burriss- that dude was trash... I just don't see Panik lasting very long- doesn't excite me.

Duffy looks like a hard nosed dude that can hit. Has the better track record, and just seems like he could be a long term fit. It helps to add I never liked the Panik pick haha.. haven't liked a Giants 1st round pick since Madbum probably.

Didn't like the 2008 pick? Tough crowd.
