    # denotes first-time selection

^ denotes injured and will not participate
I know league lacks decent sg lately. But I think Joe Johnson wont be back to the big game. Paul George injured for entire season. Pacers could be losing tons of games so Hibbert could be snub based on losses. Also factor in Kevin Love taking a spot from one of these guys. I could see Sanders maybe sneaking in taking Hibbert spot. What you all think? To many decent big's hard to see Giannis or Parker make it in. Well maybe if Giannis is labeled pg/sg then maybe? Knight put up decent numbers last season but we need more wins to get 1 guy to represent us.

    Maybe Larry.

    Jefferson
    Bosh
    Noah
    Larry
    Hibbert
    Gortat
    Horford
    Lopez
    Drummond

    All battling for those votes.

Parker probably has the second best shot, but forward is stacked now in the East.

    Bosh
    Melo
    LeBron
    Love

    Pretty much locks

DRose probably gets in so then you have

    Rose
    Wade
    Irving
    Wall
    Beal
    Lowry
    Derozan
    DWill
    Johnson
    Oladipo?
    Knight?
    Walker?
    MCW?

In my gut I say nobody makes it unless Parker balls out and garners a ton of votes. Larry being a defensive specialist makes it pretty tough to get in over a scorer like Big Al or others.

Yeah pretty much a no for us to get a player in. Besides Rose will be back. Yeah we can scratch out injured George and if they lose tons of games, doubt Hibbert be back in. Like I said in the Love to Cavs thread in the main NBA board. Doubt Irving makes it this year. Like I said there, Irving never made it in if Rose was healthy.

Also said doubt Irving made it if previous season All Star Holiday wasn't traded to western conference. Doubt we have a chance for a front court player other then Sanders but it be pure luck to get him in based on defense only. Also Bucks probably get over looked if were in the basement yet again. But I think last year was pure luck to tank.

Heck we went out and got Butler, Zaza, Delfino, Neal, Ridnour and everyone got injured. Irving probably could make it in but only cause of fan voting. But Joe Johnson probably wont make it this time around. Only way we get close to having a player in the All Star game is if we traded for Bledsoe to win way more games. Then he probably be competing with Irving for final spot.

But fan voting is crazy. Cavs probably end up with 3 All Stars. I think they need to change fan voting. Giannis could have a slight chance to make it if we won tons of games and he became a ball hog and was playing in the back court. But still probably snubbed.

Also depends on our rotation. If Kidd decides to keep the rotations only like 8 to 9 guys. But who knows? Drew seemed to use almost everyone and mess with players minutes. Curious if Knight will have a chance since he be playing sg?

I think it comes down to the coaches voting to get a Buck in. Fan voting is so biased.

Not this year but the Bucks have potential to put Giannis and Jabari in the future.

Season is young. Small sample size. Anything can happen. But were 5-5 and are 6th seed playoffs at this moment. If we can hang in there. I sure hope the coaches give the nod to get Giannis in the all star game based just on us being the playoffs. Cause I doubt we can get him enough votes. Or you think Knight gets in based of his 20 points a night? Or Sanders takes Hibbert's spot from last year? Sanders just getting about 20 minutes a night. Not sure he's putting up enough numbers to get in. Most likely if we get a player in it by the coaches votes.

More I look at last years east all stars. Probably wont change much. Love probably just takes injured Paul George's spot. Also last year Rose and Rondo were injured so they could make a case to get back in the game. So even if we make the playoffs we still could get snubbed. Cause fan voting picks the starters. Coaches could do the right thing and pick players from the playoff teams only. But they wont. But they were fast to snub Bucks when we didn't make the playoffs either. I know we wanted Jennings in on his rookie and sophomore year. Glenn Robinson got snubbed by fan votes. Fans always voted in injured Grant Hill. He'd miss the entire first half of season but all star game be his first game back for the season.

I was checking out the standings yesterday and I did notice that we are currently in 6th place in the East! As for having any of our players making the ALL-STAR team; I don't think so! At least for now. Even though I have seen replies about Sanders making it but he is not even close to Hibbert in stats this year. Hibbert average is 13.6pts 8.1reb 1.7ast 0.2stls 3.2blks and making to the line 48 times and missing only 8 in 11 games. Compared to Sanders average of 6.2pts 7.6reb 0.9ast 1.5stl 1.8blks and making to the line 14 times and missing 6 of them in 10 games. However Knight would be the closet Buck to a potential ALL-STAR appearance posting stats of 18.3pts 6.4ast 6reb 1.7 3p's 1.3stls 0.1blks 4.8ftas. He is currently 18th overall in the NBA in player ratings, the 5th ranked pg, and 2nd in East behind Kyrie Irving. Step Curry has the #1 player rating, Damian Lillard #2, CP3 #11, and Kyrie Irving #14.

I don't think we'll have anyone make it. The only real chance we had was Giannis or Parker breaking out because of their name recognition. But as it currently stands, no one is really playing enough consistent minutes, besides Knight, to really put up the numbers required to make the All Star game. Knight has had some really good numbers so far, but I think it will be hard for him to leap over the bigger names. I think we'd really have to start winning games and be like sitting in the 4th seed range at the break for someone to really merit consideration.

Is there anyway that Giannas gets in on fan vote if he's got his home country on the internet everyday voting him in? Figured since he played in the olympics for them this last summer and that he is starting to live up to the hype in the nba. Kinda like how Yao Ming was always the leading vote getter because of the US and China. I know China's NBA market is probably a crud ton bigger than Greece NBA market.

I guess thats the only way I see anyone from our team getting in this season! Unless Knight or Jabari start droping like 22-30 ppg to go with 5-8 apg or rpg
This thread right here is why i stay out of the nba main forum on psd lol

I thought fans only vote in the starters? Not sure Wisconsin and Greece muster up over million votes to get Giannis in. I voted daily last year for all our Bucks to be biased and I didn't make a dent. If we hang around 4 to 5 seed playoffs. Coaches should be voting at least one Buck in. Usually goes by stats and wins. If its just wins and less stats we be short changed and looked over most likely. Curious if ESPN wakes up soon and picks up a couple Bucks game in the schedule for tv?

Giannis is like one of the most exciting young players in the league. Walking highlight reel. Add in #2 pick Parker. Then a top rated rim protector in Sanders. Mayo having a comeback year. I think we need to be on tv more. Sad enough when FSN picks up bowling over a Bucks game. Or high school games. But all in all I think we get snubbed one more time. Unless a ton of injuries breakout in the east be only way we probably get anyone in. Not saying I hope anyone gets injured. I'm not that way.

I actually like the idea of us not having an All-Stars. The exposure and everything would be cool, but the idea that this team can be selfless and able to have anyone step up any game seems sort of like the team's mantra. At least so far publically, everyone seems to be accepting their roles. I would hate to have someone be an All-Star then they decide they need to change their game to play like an All-Star.
