    Well. I'm cool with this.

It should be done before he's in the NFL HoF imo, so I'm glad.

I'm not a fan of retiring numbers, just in general. But whatever.

I might be the only Packer fan who completely doesn't care about this.

Oh get over it...if there wasn't a Favre we would have never gotten out of the doldrums for many more years. Who knows, we may not have Aaron either.

Brett deserves a night of thanks for all the fun he provided us for almost 20 years, it's the least we can do. Probably the best Packer to have ever worn a uniform.

You are mostly right but I don't think Favre is the best Packer. There are a lot of players who could be better.

Get over what. I was never mad about Favre at all...

I'm saying all this OMG should he/shouldn't he. I don't care. I couldn't care less about jersey retirements either.

I know it was really a business decision and a chance to play on a good team, but I was still kinda ticked when he signed with the Viqueens. Haha but that's all old news, and I'm glad we'll retire his number, would be weird to see a different guy wearing #4!

I don't really care about it. It's one of those things that, given his impact on the team and given what other former great players around the league have gotten, was going to be done at some point. It was simply a matter of when.
