Ducks, great job. I mean, ****, 2nd line of Sedins n Alfie? Will be a bit slow but wont hurt ya. Good depth up front, solid D and finish it off with Rinne.
If I'm a betting man (which I am) I take the Ducks.
Honestly, no homer, this should be Hawks/Ducks or Hawks/Wild.
I still just don't think the Ducks are that good. Rinne's recent injury history/play don't help. Wana hear both GMs.
I don't take your opinion seriously.
kings it will be close but don't believe rinne or ducks second line would stay healthy
TO Rapz what reason do you believe it should be those matchups beside rinne injury history. I have not seen either of other teams rosters though.
I dont get the knocks on Rinne, had one bad injury and came back with average play. Now lets make him healthy and give him a full season to gain some steam and how is he not an elite goalie again? I mean lets be honest Weber, Suter and Rinne carried this team to the playoffs the years they made it, and I have 2/3's of that why couldnt he, with the scoring supporting cast I have carry this team?
Getz and Perry on my top line carry Boyes while Boyes can still pot 20 on that line easy. The Sedin's/Alfie line I dont know how that line is "slow". Old, ok I can accept that, but your talking 3 finesse players who are far from "slow". And with teams focusing on Getz+Perry it leaves the Sedin's a lot of room and favorable match ups.
Next I believe I have the better D. Weber > Doughty. Fowler+Beauch+Gilbert I think are all better then their 2nd option of Voynov or Muzzin or Regehr (honestly who is LA's #2?).
Lastly Anaheim is a good special teams team, and I kept most of the players that were apart of that. Have scoring depth with a solid 3rd line and a pretty good shut down group.
