Most improved offenses and defenses for 2014-2015?

Which team will have the most improved defense and which team will have the most improved offense for this upcoming year in comparison to the previous season?

    Go.

Most likely not most improved, but I think philly took a step in the right direction in all 3 aspects of the game. Offense/defense/ST's.
To some, he was just a boy. A boy who played football, a football player that grew to be a man. A man that took over a city, a city that he made his own, a city that stands behind him in hopes of becoming one of that cities all-time greats. To some, 2013 was a fluke. To some, he can't do it again. To some, he got lucky.

To us though, to the Philly faithful, that QB is Nick Foles. To us, that's our QB.

How did their defense improve greatly? They lost quite a bit of depth, no?

It was a bit of a troll move honestly. Actually I think their defense may have regressed a tad with the loss of Clemons, Bryant, and Browner.

If Maxwell keeps up his play from last season only big loss is Bryant he was a beast against the run.

So, in what way does that make them better than last year?

Redskins will improve on offense. Healthy RG3, Desean, I don't see how it could get any worse. I'm just still expecting our ST to be worse, if that's possible.

I don't think we are. We didn't really add any pieces, only subtracted. Just have the phrase "another years experience" to lean back on though

Vikings have a chance to be most improved defense. New hybrid scheme, new players at all 3 levels of the defense, all of which I expect to make an impact. Linval Joseph, Anthony Barr, Captain Munnerlyn. Zimmer has coached a top 10 defense 3 of the last 4 years.

Even if we can be mid-teens on defense, it would be a huge improvement. Last year was in the basement.
Props to VCU4LIFEGOVIKS for the sig

Yeah Clemons was a big part of our D in the 12-13 season not so much this last year. With the additions Bennett and Avril he almost seemed nonexistent. Big Red regressed also, he wasnt worth what we were paying him, sad to seep him go but it was the right move. As for Maxwell, he looks like a stud no doubt about it. All of our players just make each other so much better its amazing honestly. Get a bunch of 5th and 6th round picks and they look like pro bowlers. Browner wasnt along for the ride most of the season either way so not a huge loss you're right.

I really like what we have done on both sides of the ball. Especially on defense.

Without sounding just like a homer another team I really like is the Vikings defense. Was a huge Barr fan and wanted him almost as much as Mack. Then Munnerlynn doesnt get a lot of credit but hes a solid CB. He will improve their CB core. Between their other signings as well they may have a dangerous defense.

    Most improved on offense: Minnesota
Most improved on defense: New England (getting Mayo back and adding those DBs will be huge, also think chandler jones is going to have a breakout season)
