Are you high? Wtf are you even talking about. Where did I say I was surprised? Dear lord.
First you would take Hughes over Felix and now you are also seeing fake posts? Yikes.
I am simply pointing out.... this is NOT news... this is Standard operating procedure..This is the Yanks... they probably have a scout at every MLB game and quite a few MiLB games every night... for different reasons... (scouting players, upcoming opponents...etc)...
I don't even qualify this as newsworthy...
And as far as Hughes VS felix... You missed the point totally... sorry, I guess you need to re-read... because I didn't say that either.. I said, in the grand scheme of life, and team.... the wins mean more to the team than a great ERA or anything else. Hughes meant more to the Yanks getting in the playoffs than Felix did to seattle.. since even with him and his dominance.. they were watching from home... they could have pitched a LL pitcher and done that.
Personally, I don't give a flying &(*&( how well a pitcher pitches... If the Yankees win on that night... all is good...because that .50 ERA does not help one bit in getting the Yanks into the playoffs... the wins do.
But, you suddenly think I mean that hughes is a better pitcher than Felix... don't know where you got that... don't care... that's your problem... stop reading half a post and assuming the rest... it can get you into trouble.

He's too young. The avg is attractive and could be a huge part of our run but his age concerns me. He hasn't hit that steep decline quite yet, so I'm not sure he fits. But if the injury is very serious, I say we send Banuelos, Sanchez and a ptbnl. Then we can send him to the DL and call up a youngster...
(who of course, goes on a tear and we all sit back and wonder WTF is wrong with our scouts and developers?)
