    ...................................

Cleveland Indians (39-42) @ Los Angeles Dodgers (47-37)

    Dodger Stadium

    Game 1.

    Monday, 7:10PM. Sports Net.

    Dan Haren

    96.1 IP | 3.83 ERA | 4.53 FIP | .288 BABIP

Haren has had a rocky few weeks, allowing 14 home runs in his last nine starts and going 3-3 with a 4.78 ERA in that span. He was pulled with one out in the fifth inning in his last start, again struggling to provide length on the mound.
    vs.

    Corey Kluber

    110.2 IP | 3.09 ERA | 2.68 FIP | .336 BABIP

Kluber got back in the win column Wednesday for the first time since May 30 with a dominant seven-inning shutout of the D-backs. He scattered four hits and issued one walk while striking out eight -- the ninth time he's fanned that many this season.

    Game 2.

    Tuesday, 7:10PM. Sports Net.

    Josh Beckett

    93.2 IP | 2.11 ERA | 3.78 FIP | .231 BABIP

Beckett was stellar in his last outing against the Cardinals, throwing seven scoreless, and he's been stellar for most of the season. Since his May 25 no-hitter, Beckett has pitched to a 1.34 ERA in 47 innings, dropping his season ERA to 2.11.
    vs.

    Justin Masterson

    93.0 IP | 5.03 ERA | 3.91 FIP | .328 BABIP

Masterson's start was pushed back two days after it was revealed he has been bothered by a sore knee all season. The struggling sinkerballer's up-and-down year continued when he gave up five runs on seven hits in four innings vs. the D-backs.

    Game 3.

    Wednesday, 12:10PM. Sports Net.

    Hyun-Jin Ryu

    89.1 IP | 3.12 ERA | 3.01 FIP | .304 BABIP

Ryu made his seventh quality start in eight outings against the Cardinals on Friday but suffered the loss, allowing three runs and fanning seven in seven innings. The left-hander was hurt by miscommunication in the outfield on a two-run double.
    vs.

    Trevor Bauer

    53.1 IP | 4.39 ERA | 4.53 FIP | .329 BABIP

Bauer turned in yet another solid outing on Friday, holding the Mariners to three runs on nine hits over 6 1/3 innings. He now has five quality starts in eight games this season.

Feel confident in the last two. Maybe Haren can have a well pitched game. Need to win the series because going into COL for 4 straight scares me.

I'm starting to worry about Harren, I understand he is the 5th starter, but I would rather have Beckett be the 5th starter.

for a #5 Haren is solid, could be worse and he's a rotating 5th starter like most teams. He also doesnt' give up multiple run home-runs, they're usually solo shots, showing a certain attitude to go after hitters with no one on base and put balls across the plate more often than not.

I'll take out top 3/4 against any team in a playoff series.

So, odds Haren gives up a home-run today?

This is how we do it! I still believe

Hanley is not expected to go on the DL, according to Mattingly.

If Hanley isn't able to play by tomorrow, just ****ing put him on the DL already, it might be best for us, anyways.

We're playing better without HanRam. Lousy D and less than HanRam quality bat. Maybe the DL will help him get better in both those areas... At least the batting.

Hanley's bat has actually been pretty good, but God damn we can't keep playing this wait and see game, either DL him or he has to be able to play within the 3 day radius and it's been 3 days now.

It makes no sense at all keeping Hanley active. They just need to put him on the DL and let him heal up for the second half. Rojas and Triunfel are adequate for a couple of weeks.
