    Starting a franchise from scratch.....

And you have to take a QB who's NOT a projected starter ATM.

Try not to cheat and just take a guy like Bortles or Bridgewater because their teams are saying they won't start now. A real backup QB not a young franchise QB who's waiting.

All in all, if the Panthers are going to select a QB, Gabbert has to be the pick.

A lot of rules for an unrealistic scenerio being high draft picks, etc can't be included yet are the foundation for an expansion team.

Anyway, with so few choices; Mettenberger

"We have been watching and waiting, but I wouldn't say we intend to continue to do that. I think you watch and wait to try and assess a situation and act accordingly. It might involve more waiting. It might involve moving in one direction or another. We've done plenty of watching and waiting. If we can move in a particular direction, we might do that."

These feels easy. Manziel is really going to be the starter in CLE, at some point anyway.

McCown is the starter in TB according to Lovie too.

I figured everyone would be Bridgewater or Bortles. And that's boring.

    Met is a good one.

The Pryor thread inspired this thread lol, not that I'd pick him, but that's what made me think of this idea.

Hell end up being the starter at some point, not a valid answer.

Kirk 8 career TDs and 10 INTs Cousins.

Dude beat a crappy Browns team and was crowned a good starter. It's funny.

The 5 win 2012 Browns. Woohoo. He's lost every other start.

It's more than valid, but he's so completely overrated.
